Snow or no snow this winter. La Nina will have a say in the matter. A weather pattern that originates in the Pacific could have an adverse effect on US weather patterns for the winter. Personally, I love snowshoeing, sledding, and a fast tobaggan run. But La Nina will have the final word. (photo by ucar.edu)
